About Zionsville, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Zionsville is an Indianapolis suburb found in the southeastern portion of Boone County, Indiana. As of 2010, about 14,200 people were living here, although the community promotes itself as a tourist destination. Its downtown area is styled to look like a village, as it is paved entirely with brick and is lined with restaurants and small stores. The Zionsville Community School Corporation serves the area and has a strong reputation, as Indianapolis Monthly has consistently ranked Zionsville schools among the top five best schools within the state.

Zionsville hosts a couple of popular festivals throughout the year. The July Fourth fireworks show brings people from across the state to the community, and unlike other community fireworks, the Zionsville show doesn’t integrate music into the program. The Fall Festival is held in September and features a large parade and carnival rides, food, and games.

In addition to community events, there are a few other notable attractions in Zionsville. The Zionsville Farmers Market is a great place to get local produce, and Hopwood Cellars Winery features wine and live music. Other popular destinations include the Fanimation Antique Fan Museum and the Sullivan Munce Cultural Center.

The weather in Zionsville features four distinct seasons, which is typical of a humid continental climate. The spring and autumn months tend to be calm and comfortable, so residents often use these times to prepare for the more variable conditions that occur throughout the rest of the year. Summers in Zionsville tend to be hot and humid, with average daytime highs reaching the mid-80s in July. Central air conditioning systems are crucial during this season, and in the winter months, residents rely on energy efficient furnace systems to stay safe when temperatures fall below freezing. Without these appliances, home plumbing and pipe systems could be at risk of freezing.
