About Carmel, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Carmel is an Indianapolis suburb located immediately north of the city in Hamilton County. It is one of the fastest-growing communities in the U.S., and about 86,000 people resided here as of 2013.  It is the fifth largest city in the state and has been awarded the distinction of Best Place to Live in the U.S. by CNN Money Magazine. Carmel is a great place to both live and work, as several large companies reside here, including the national headquarters for Delta Faucet, ITT Technical Institute, MISO, CNO Financial Group, and Allegion.

There are a variety of great attractions located in Carmel that both residents and Indianapolis tourists might like to check out. The Monon Trail is a scenic trail for biking or walking, and other outdoor destinations include Coxhall Gardens and Flowing Well Park. During a hot summer day, a trip to Monon Waterpark is a family-friendly experience, and in the evening, visitors of all ages can enjoy watching a production at the Center for the Performing Arts or the Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre. Other popular destinations in Carmel include Peace Water Winery, the Carmel Arts and Design District, and the Carmel Old Town Antique Mall.

Regardless of what Mother Nature has in store, the right climate controls can ensure that Carmel residents are comfortable year-round. During the winter months, conditions become cold and snowy, and while average daytime highs in January might reach the mid-30s, overnight lows will plummet well below the freezing point. When conditions become dangerously cold outside, residents rely heavily on their furnace systems to keep their families safe.

During the summer months, conditions become hot and humid, and severe weather with a possible tornado is not uncommon. Daytime highs in July average at about 85 degrees Fahrenheit, although highs that surpass 90 degrees aren’t unheard of. Having a reliable central air conditioning unit can make all the difference in whether or not residents have an enjoyable summer or are constantly battling the heat.
