Performance Furnace Tune-Up

  • Electrical efficiency test volts/amps
  • Inspect and clean burner assembly
  • Inspect and clean ignition assembly
  • Inspect blower motor, assembly and bearings
  • Clean and inspect filtration system
  • Test safety controls
  • Inspect and tighten electrical connections
  • Check flue draft of furnace

Performance Air Conditioner Tune-Up

  • Chemically clean condenser coil
  • Inspect evaporator coil
  • Clean condensate drain
  • Inspect blower motor
  • Inspect filtration system
  • Inspect blower components
  • Inspect for refrigerant leaks
  • Test condensate pump or drain
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Test starting components
  • Measure air temperature differential
  • Monitor refrigerant pressure and performance
  • Measure amperage and voltage
  • Compare operations with manufacturers’ specifications
  • Level condenser as needed

Performance Air Handler Tune-Up

  • Inspect evaporator coil
  • Inspect blower motor
  • Inspect and clean filtration system
  • Inspect and clean blower compartments; assembly and bearings

  • Inspect electrical heating elements

  • Test starting components

  • Clean out base pan for drainage during defrost
