About Cicero, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Cicero is a Hamilton County town found in Jackson Township. This community is home to about 4,800 residents, and it is noted for welcoming Ryan White, a famed teenaged AIDS activist, into the community in 1987; he is also buried here. Cicero was founded in 1835 and was named after Cicero Creek. This lakeside community is located north of Indianapolis and is served by the Hamilton Heights School Corporation.

There are several notable things to see and do when traveling to Cicero. Outdoor enthusiasts may like to book a tee time at Bear Slide Golf Club or to visit Cicero Community Park or the Red Bridge Community Park and Marina. Families with young children might like to visit the Cicero Fun Factory, and there are a variety of specialty shops in the area, including Seven Sisters Florist, Sullivan Hardware, and Homestead Country Store. Visitors and residents alike may also enjoy checking out one of the unique restaurants found in the community, such as 10 West, Erika’s Place, and Lazy Frogg.

The weather in Cicero will vary with the season. During the summer, conditions are warm or hot with high humidity – it isn’t uncommon for temperatures to reach the 90s. A good central air conditioning unit can help residents to stay comfortable regardless of how hot it gets outdoors. This time of the year can also be difficult for people with allergies, but fortunately, the right climate control system can help by improving indoor air quality.

Weather extremes are also common during the winter months, at which time temperatures fall quite dramatically. Average daytime highs in January may reach the mid-30s, but overnight lows will fall below freezing. When these cold temperatures are coupled with snowfall, outdoor conditions can become treacherous. A reliable furnace system will keep Cicero-area residents safe when they are stuck indoors during these cold months.
